ABOUT US

We are Steve and Rose Moore.Together we form the ministry outreach of Lightning Road as a 501c3 non-profit ministry, established February 3, 2005. Steve is licensed and ordained through Heritage of Faith Ministerial Association, Jerry Savelle Ministries International (JSMI). In addition, He is the Area Leader in New Braunfels, Texas for Chariots of Light (COL). Chariots is the largest soul-winning outreach of JSMI in the U.S. We are partners with JSMI and are a parallel ministry to COL.

Locally, we are members of Tree of Life Church (TOLC) in New Braunfels. Both of us are licensed pastors through TOLC to facilitate acceptance and entry into local jails and detention centers.

So, why Lightning Road? We birthed Lightning Road because God called us to go where other ministries may not go to reach the lost and hurting – secular motorcycle rallies, crack houses, whore houses, back alleys, and dark places many fear to go. Lightning Road is standing alone as a ministry, but shoulder to shoulder with those that will "SHOW UP" for JESUS in the desperate far reaches of the darkness.

We encourage you to prove us through the Word of God and our testimony, consider prayerfully partnering with us as we reach out to the world unconditionally, taught by Jesus in God’s Word. Our prayer is that you would know the life changing freedom and peace of making an eternal decision concerning this life.
